Now that we’re back in action again for our small group sessions, all be it with a numbers limit, I thought it’d be the perfect time to ask you whether you need a change?

Do you need to swap your workout days around?

Do you need to swap your workout location seeing as you may still be working from home?

Or maybe you have been reading these for a while and always said “I’ll give it a go one day”.

Maybe you have a friend that needs to get outside of their working from home bubble and get some activity in a structured environment, without having the added stress of working out what they should have to be doing?

Well that day is here.

Now is the perfect time to get some DPM action in now that we can do so – at a socially distanced spacing of course.

Our Lilyfield Friday morning group is closed for now as I can’t fit everyone in that is normally there on that day with the 10 person limit for outdoor gatherings.

But you can join in on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday mornings.

My Observatory Hill group is back up and running too.

Failing that if you can’t join us in person, you can do so via zoom.
I’m still running these and just have the laptop running while we workout.

If you’re interested in any of the above, or want to swap your old training days/locations let me know.

I’d love to have you or someone you know along to get back in the swing of things and start reversing some o the downsides of the lockdown – the added eating and drinking from the stress or working from home with the kids being homeschooled too.
