Sorry if I had you scratching your head yesterday thinking what the hell is this bloke on about. 

I only realised after I got a reply back that I sent the email that was meant for some online coaching clients out to all my subscribers. 

That’ll teach me to try and do two things at the same time.

Anyway there’s a lesson in that for you to take home. 

Focus on what’s at hand. 

If it’s losing a few kgs so your arms don’t look so saggy in those short sleeve summer tops. 

Or toning up your thighs so you can confidently wear those shorter skirts without resorting to the full ankle covering one. 

Focus on what you can do today to get you there in the long run. 

That may mean drinking enough water to ensure your skin game is on point. 

It might be doing that workout to ensure your muscles are toning up the right way. 

All up getting you closer to that toned arms and slimmer thighs look you’re craving. 

Don’t get caught up in the bigger picture.

Start small.

​​​​​​​Focus on what you can do now.

​​​​​​​And put your mind to that.

Rather than try and win a hundred battles at once.
