We both know that exercise is one of the best mood boosters when it comes to getting some positive endorphins flowing.
You rarely feel worse after a workout or even just a nice walk outside (take out the last week of bad weather).
There’s also another thing that can be a good mood booster when you need it and that is music.
So today I thought I’d do something a little different and give you a couple of songs if you need a bit of a booster for a Wednesday hump day.
Now disclaimer, if you don’t like hip hop, then this list won’t be for you, but it’s no gangsta rap or anything so it might even win you over.
