Don’t know whether you’d call me a mind reader as such,

but I have an ability to be able to understand how some people are thinking.

After all, I’ve been doing this whole DPM thing for 13 years now and I’ve worked with literally hundreds of people just like you over that time.

Well, to be offical, it’s not 13 years until the end of the month, but what’s a few weeks between friends?

Anyways, I understand that some people are scared.

They’re also skeptical.

And that’s easy to understand really.

Especially when there’s so much confusion out there about what to eat in the latest craze.

Take your pick – keto, paleo, sugar free, fasting, counting every single macronutrient that you eat.

That’s just scraping the surface of what’s popular now.

You may have tried some of those before?

Maybe it worked?

But there’s also a pretty good chance that it didn’t.

Then you’ve got workouts.

What’s the best way to do it?

Especially when you don’t have as much time to commit like you may have had in the days before kids.

So I can understand why starting something new, especially something where there isn’t any actual face to face sessions as such, can be intimidating.

Maybe even scary like I mentioned.

But let me reassure you, you’re not the first person to have those exact thoughts.
