Didn’t she have a song called that back in the day?

Anyways, this email is coming at you from the past.

In fact I wrote this last year before I went on holidays for 2 weeks.

Cause I still wanted to give you something to entertain you every day during your break too.

Chances are you may have a bit more downtime that you normally would at this time of year right?

So the chances are high that you’re more likely to open this email now cause you have a few minutes to read it.

And of course I wasn’t going to sit down at the computer and write it everyday being on a break and all (besides right about now I should be getting ready to head out to a winery somewhere in the Hunter Valley)

so it was all about planing ahead.

It’s also a timely reminder for you to go on a bit of a time warp yourself.

Step back in time for a minute.

Maybe you were 5kg lighter.

Maybe even 10kg lighter.

How did you feel then?

Compare that to how you feel now.

– Maybe you had more energy?

– maybe you slept better?

– maybe those hot pair of skinny jeans used to fit you?

– maybe you got to wear what you wanted instead of the ‘mum uniform’ of lose t-shirt and baggy jeans?

Whatever it was how good did it feel?

And imagine if all of that is within your reach within a few short weeks.

Yep, I’m back on deck from next week and now that New Years is over it’s time to start thinking about what you want out of this year.

And whether you’re at that stage of getting started.
