Following on from yesterdays message about getting back into things I wanted to make this offer to you:

Once you’ve decided what you want to work on this year for your focus, hit reply and tell me.

I’ll make a note of what it is – be that one thing or a couple, and will check back in to see how you’re travelling with it this time next month.

I’ve done this a few times in the past and it seems to work well.

It help keeps you accountable and on track.

So why not strike while the new year motivation is hot.

What you need to do:

– work out what you want to achieve in the next month, maybe even a long term one as well if it’s a little bit more than just get rid of the Christmas kilos

– then be brave and share that with me.
I’ll make a note and check back in to see how you’re going with it.

You already know what mine is if you read yesterdays note – I will be losing the 2kg extra from the break.

Of course if you need something a bit more structured we can also talk about that too via one of the DPM training options.
