After a long break, I decided to bring back the Top Of The Hill podcast.
It’s a short sharp burst that only takes 4 mins out of your day,
but what I hope to get across is something that can help you along with your fitness journey.
Initially, I was going to put that show to bed, especially after I started to put my energies towards the Small Business Dads podcast.
However something sparked inside me on Wednesday and I put out an episode, initially just to explain to those who were listeners, why there had been radio silence for 3 months.
Anyways, after going for a walk right after I dropped the episode, I decided to practice what I preach.
I initially set a goal at the start of the year to get 50 episodes up.
The latest one was 40.
So the plan for now is to keep it going – dropping every week or two until I hit the 50.
