Following on from what I mentioned the other day about working out as we get older, I found something else that you might be interested in.
This paper from the University of Missouri showed that even minimal exercise may be all it takes for postmenopausal women to better regulate insulin, maintain metabolic function and help prevent significant weight gain.
That’s nice to know right?
Now while you may not be at that stage yet, it’s good to know for future reference.
So basically, keep on moving, keep on doing resistance training, walk as often as you can and you’ll be well on your way to getting on top of things as you go further down life’s road.
