Melinda is a busy mum.
Works and has a family to look after.
Pretty busy schedule I’m sure you’d agree.
But over 3 months this year she did something pretty amazing.
And truth be told, I haven’t even met Melinda in person.
She did it all remotely without a face to face session.
The weight loss on the scales was impressive (7.5kg) – but the real change as per usual, was the measurement change.
* 5.5cm from around the belly button
* 6cm from the hips
* 5.5cm off the thighs
I could go on, but rather than continue to throw these numbers at you,
I wanted to get inside Melinda’s head and find out what he secret was (apart from what we did of course!)

Q: How did you feel before you started your online training with me?
A: I felt tired, lethargic and chubby before I started the online training. I really needed something to turn my life around.
Q: What are the biggest differences that you’ve noticed 3 months in?
A: The biggest differences that I’ve noticed in the last three months is the loss of weight, I feel more fit, more energetic and happier within myself.
Q: How do you feel about yourself now?
A: I feel happy within myself and know I’m doing the right thing for my body as well as the right thing for my kids. I want to live a long, healthy and happy life for my kids.
Q: What stopped you from starting sooner?
A: I didn’t want to go to a gym and had never found a program that motivated me. The online training motivated me because I could do the training in the comfort of my own home with no strangers spectating and I can do it at a time that suits me.
Also having you check in on my progress every week motivates me to keep on top of my workouts.
Q: What have you tried before, if anything?
A: I’ve tried going to the gym before (that didn’t end well, only in major embarrassment) and have done yoga classes but classes don’t fit into my busy schedule as a mum these days as they don’t hold them late at night after the kids have gone to bed.
Q: What would you say to someone who may be in the exact spot you were 3 months ago?
A: I would say give it a go. You never know unless you try. I’m a pretty lazy person so if I can do it and stick to it then anyone can.
