You know the old saying “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it”.
So what should you do if it is in fact ‘broke’?
Kinda obvious when you read the first statement right?
Yep. You’ve got to fix it.
So on Friday I put those words into action.
You see my neck and back has been very ordinary lately.
My usual sports massages weren’t exactly hitting the spot the way the used too.
Not cause the therapist was a dud, not by any means,
I just felt like I needed something more.
So I went back to something I haven’t done for years.
There’s a few issues I’ve got (if you know me well, you’ll know my body is a bit of a train wreck!) and I thought it might help to hit it from a different angle for a little while.
Now obviously, after that one session I haven’t exactly walked out of there cured.
That will never happen.
Just like you’re not going to lose 5kg after one day of healthy eating and a workout or two.
That’s kinda obvious right?
But I’m interested to see what a few in short succession will do.
All of this brings me to you.
How are things working for you?
If what you’re doing is working for you that’s awesome – you’re definitely on the right path.
If it’s not, and you’re not happy with where you’re at,
then something has to change.
Wouldn’t you agree?
Whether that’s your workouts, or adding some in, your eating plan (or starting one),
you get where I’m coming from right?
Cause like I said, if it is broke, or even plateaued, then something has to change.
Otherwise, as you no doubt know, the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over yet expecting a different result.
