Ever caught yourself muttering any of these?

I’d be the only one who isn’t in shape.

I’d be too far behind everyone else.

I’d be the only one there who doesn’t know someone else

I’d be too embarrassed for others to see me in my workout gear.

Here’s the deal.

People don’t care.

Not cause they’re pr!cks.

Well some people are. 

But the DPMers – nah.

They wouldn’t be there if they were.

Cause there’s no ego.

Which means they’re not judging you.

They’re just too busy working on themselves.

And to be honest, you’d find it’s a supportive environment anyways.

Besides, if you don’t know anyone else? 

Well I’ll introduce you to people – if they don’t do it first and beat me to it.

And your workout gear? 

No one cares if you wear an old t-shirt from a concert you went to 10 years ago or the latest training gear from Lulu Lemon or whatever its called.

I’ll even give you a DPM shirt.

You work on you.

Which comes back to the me vs me thing I mentioned the other day.

You’re only worry should be yourself and working on improving on whatever reason caused you to join in the first place.

Lilyfield: Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday 5:40-6:40am

Observatory Hill: Tuesday/Thursday 7:15-7:45am

Saturday Observatory Hill: 8-9am
