Simple hump day question for you to think about today. 

If you only did one thing this week, would you consider it a successful week?

Now your answer might depend on whether you’re glass half full or half empty type of person. 

But let’s look at it from this angle – if you did just that one thing repeatedly during the week, then yes – I’d consider that a successful week. 

Wouldn’t you?

Remember you’re not seeking perfection – just progress. 

And if it was better than what you did last week – then you’re in front. 

Don’t forget that this whole fitness game doesn’t have to be as complicated as most people like to make it.
