Every now and then I like to give you something to get your head around if you’re looking for a bit of variety to try for a home workout.

This one will hit pretty much all over, but the arms and shoulders will get a nice little focus.

We did this one on Sunday morning and it didn’t take long but it definitely did the job.

1. Backstrokers x 25 each leg

2. Side to Side Hover x 25/25

3. Side Plank Pumps x 25/25

4. Reverse Helicopters x 50

Repeat x 4 sets
