Sure feels like a bit of Groundhog Day everyday doesn’t it?

It was a pretty good movie too back in the day.

But it pretty much sums up what we’re all dealing with right now.

Which brings me to todays thought.

How are you getting away from it all at the moment?

Are you going for a walk all by yourself?

Maybe your workout is your down time?

Or maybe you just have to wait until the kids are finally in bed to get that unwind time?

Perhaps you’re keeping the economy moving and buying more wine to see you through?

Whatever your outlet is, I hope you are getting something in to mentally unwind from it all right now.

And my wish is that you’re able to use your time productively.

So make sure you are making the most of the DPM content that you have access too.

Be that the blog content I put out each day.

Or the workouts I’ve put on my YouTube page, or on Instagram.

And of course, if you want some audio action, check out my new podcast if you’re looking for some content to fill the void.

It’s called Small Business Dads and I ask blokes to share their story – that of their family, them and of course their business.

Got a bunch lined up over the coming weeks too that’ll make a good listen.
All of that content is free to get your head around.

And if you’re looking for something more, grab your Short ‘N Sweet book to give you a bit more of a structured workout plan that’ll cover you for 6 months of action.

Then of course to round it all off, you’ve got your regular DPM action that we’ve moved over to zoom workouts.

Hopefully any of those options breaks the monotony of groundhog day for you.

Let me know if I can help in any other way.

Cheers,
Daniel
