Got asked an interesting question yesterday and I thought it’d be worth sharing with you too.

Can you lose 2 months of results and benefits in only 2 short weeks?

That’s a pretty damn good question don’t you think?

And the answer is yes.

It sucks but it’s true.

In fact you can lose more than just 2 months of benefits in that short time.

Especially if you’ve enjoyed the good life and had plenty of Christmas cheer in that time.

But here’s the deal.

You have a head start.

All you have to do is pull the trigger and stop.

Stop eating too much.

Stop eating all the extra treats.

Stop drinking wine with dinner every night.

And stop kidding yourself that it doesn’t matter.
