Let’s paint a scenario for a moment.

Say you, or someone you loved needed to have brain surgery

(Obviously a scenario that I hope you never have to go through)

But would you be asking your GP to do it,

Or would you be finding the best in the business?

You know, someone who specialises in brain surgery?

I know what I’d do.

The price wouldn’t exactly be a concern.

You just do what you’ve gotta do.

And I’d bet you’re making the same decision.

It’s not even a question right?

So it always amuses me, when someone finally works up the courage to do something about losing those stubborn 5-10kg that they can’t seem to shift,

then go and join a gym.

You know the types where you sign up, they’re your best friend,

then you never hear from them again.

You wonder around aimlessly. Do a bit of this, bit of that.

And in general, get nowhere fast.

Then the other end of the scale, they go for a trainer who says they work with anyone and everyone and only charges a few bucks a session.

Go for it if that’s your thing.

But I figure if that was you, you wouldn’t be here right now reading this.

I figure you appreciate experience.

But more importantly, someone that gets results in exactly what your looking for and has the runs on the board to prove it.

In doubt?

Yep, they’re all busy mums just like you.

And if you want to do anything about losing those 5-10kg of stubborn kilos that you can’t seem to shift,

to start enjoying some of these benefits for yourself,

don’t see a GP of training.

Someone who dabbles in a bit of this and bit of that.

Invest in a specialist who knows how to get results with busy mums.

Even if you’re sleep deprived.

Sure, the investment isn’t as cheap as seeing the ‘jack of all trades’,

but just like a brain surgeon, you get what you pay for.

Someone who knows the craft.

In saying that, today is the last day to take advantage of my personal training options before I take them off the table.

This is what is available as we speak:

– Wednesday and Friday morning 7:15am-7:45am

– Wednesday and Friday 12:00pm-12:30pm

Location is at either Dawes Point or Observatory Hill near The Rocks.

Questions? Hit reply and let me know.

First in best dressed.

You can either do both sessions in the time slot or even once a week if you need a tune up to complement the rest of your training.

PS – hit me up if you’re interested in something else that I offer if this doesn’t work for you and I’ll see if we can get something cracking for you
