Finally some good news for a change.

With everything else being shut down or not being allowed to operate, I’ve made the decision that we’ll still be running our sessions over the Easter break.

So instead of taking off Good Friday and Easter Monday as normal I’ll be running those sessions as per our new normal and doing the zoom workouts.

I’ll also do the Friday personal training sessions that I have usually.

It’s not as if I can go anywhere anyways so I figure I might as well give you the option to still get a workout in and give yourself an outlet from the monotonous same old same old.

Also, I wanted to thank you for still sticking around as obviously we’ve all had to change the way we run our lives and our work so it’s the least I can do for you.

One more thing before i sign off, I just want to ask you if there’s anything that i can add to our zoom sessions to make them more effective for you?

Or maybe there’s something you’d like to see me do outside of the workouts? More video tips or written content?

Some topics you’d like to know more about in depth? Snack ideas?
