Let me take a wild stab in the dark…
You’re probably sitting at your desk as you’re reading this?
Or maybe you’re reading this on your phone?
Chances are you’re sitting if you’re on that option.
Am I right?
Well I don’t have to be Nostradamus to work that out.
Considering we spend most of our day sitting hunched over one screen or another.
Work – it’s the computer.
Home or on the bus – it’s the phone while we’re checking out what people we really don’t even care for that much are doing on Facebook.
I’m just as guilty as you.
And what happens when you’re sitting behind a desk all day?
Well, if you’re anything like me, you’re probably slumped and hunched over your computer
– head leaning forward and shoulders rotated forward.
I know I’m a terrible slouch so it’s easy to say this.
But there is one thing you can do that will help that.
A simple exercise that doesn’t look like much.
In fact it looks pretty damn easy.
But do it for any length of time and it’ll spot on.
You will burn.
Give just 50 of them a go and tell me that you’re arms aren’t burning.
Even if it isn’t the ‘sexiest’ exercise that you can do it’ll help with shoulder and upper back pain during your work day.
