Most of us know that a fast short cut to losing those stubborn kgs is to reduce our portion size.

Nothing earth shattering there right?

But, we both know that sometimes, thats all good in principle 

– and a lot harder in practice.

However, there’s something I discovered that could be a game changer.

Crinkly plates.

A graphic designer in Latvia of all places came up with this idea.

And I reckon he’s on a winner.

Basically, if you haven’t seen it, it’s designed to mess with your mind.

The plate has all sorts of groves and valleys, for want of a better word, to make the plate look the same size as a normal plate,

while making it impossible to place the same amount of food on a plate as you would on a normal flat plate.

Genius if you ask me.

Especially if you struggle with portion sizes.

It cuts down your food intake by default and forces you to eat slower.

Winner, winner, chicken dinner.
