What if I told you one big secret that would let you drink from the fountain of youth. Would you be interested?

Rhetorical question of course.

But I’m not going to recommend some magical potion or cream from some pyramid selling company.

In fact the answer is pretty simple and I have a hunch you may already have a clue where I’m going.

Either way, I’ll get to the point now:

Physical exercise.

Yep the old getting up and moving.

Nothing too fancy.

And nothing too hard in reality.

It’s always no surprise when you see someone who is actually way older then they look and they mention their secret is keeping active.

All you have to do is a little bit more than you were doing yesterday.

And continue to build on that each week.

I posted a video on my instagram channel on Tuesday where I mentioned that a good way to look at this year is just focusing on a little bit of progress at a time and not worrying about trying to get the perfect week.

I’ve shared it below for you if you’re interested.

And the same goes with physical activity.

Do it when you can.

It might mean getting outside and gardening or pruning the trees back.

It might be going for a walk.

And of course when you can throw in some actual workouts in that mix you’re well on your way to drinking from the fountain of youth.
