I realise it’s not going to win any podcasting awards but I’m interested in your feedback.

It’s raw but I’m hoping the content that you find in the short episodes helps give you that nice little edge with your training and the results you’re looking for.

And being a busy parent I know how sensitive time is so I’m conscious of keeping each episode short and to the point with something that you can take away and implement each week.

This weeks episode that goes further in depth on the 90 day action plan challenge that I mentioned on Tuesday runs at just under 9 mins.

Besides, if you’re like me and play your podcasts on double speed it’s only 4 and a bit mins.

And if you’re not up for that, just play it on 1.5 speed. Your brain adapts to the faster talking the more you get used to it.

That probably makes my voice sound better anyways.

Back on point though, if you’re going to play at home with this 90 day challenge then I go into further detail on the extra steps we need to do apart from setting the 30 and 60 day benchmark goals.

These are the key to making sure you actually accomplish what you’re big 90 day goal is.
