Get away for a break?

Stay home and relax?

Indulge in a little bit of Easter egg action?

Or maybe more than a little bit?

Maybe you’re even just going to go with the flow and whatever happens.

Whatever game plan you decide to take there’s no wrong answer.

Do what feels right.

You need to take a break from exercise and just enjoy a bit of nice food and drink? Go for it?

You feel the need to step up the workout side of the fence cause you’ll be over indulging on the other side of things?

That’s cool too.

Do what feels right.

Cause what’s the worst thing that can happen if you happen to take a few days off exercise that you normally would have done while ramping up the food and drink intake?

You put on a couple of kgs.

It is what it is.

Then you just get back on the horse next week and deal with that then.

Maybe the release is what you need?

Whatever works for you, enjoy it.
