Small Business Dads Podcast
My brand new little side hustle. You may have heard of the old saying that people only do business with someone who they know, like and trust. Sound familiar? Well, what I aim to do here each week is get to know a fellow dad and small business owner.
Not just about their business, but about them. About their family. And when someone comes across as more likeable and relatable, we then go into what they do.
This isn’t a business marketing podcast. It’s a people podcast. And I want to showcase as many other Aussie small business owners as I can.
If you’d like to be considered for interview, please email me daniel(at)dpmtransformation.com and put podcast in the title. Tell me a little bit about what you do and your family and I’ll be in touch.
Available on Apple Podcasts, Google Play and Spotify.
DPM Top Of The Hill Podcast
The Top Of The Hill podcast was created to help busy parents over 40 make the most of their limited workout time.
Keeping the DPM ‘Short ‘N Sweet’ principle in action, these episodes are short and to the point – less than 20 minutes each episode and bring you a new topic of focus each week.
You can find it on iTunes, Spotify and most Android listening apps.
DPM Spotify Playlists
There’s also something that was added to DPM workouts in 2018, on the back of client feedback.
And it’s gone down really well.
So today, I thought I’d give you a taste of the Spotify workout playlist that get used as part of some of our workouts.
Now, remember, the only rule I have with these tunes are is there’s no house music or whatever they call doof doof these days.
Sure, there’s some pop and maybe even a bit of not too intense dance music,
but you’ll find the common theme is old school tunes that remind you of growing up.
So a lot of 80’s and 90’s and even stuff from before then.
This is what we run with:
* DPM Old Stuff:
* DPM 80’s:
* DPM 90’s:
* DPM 00’s:
* DPM Aussie:
* DPM Lucky Dip:
* DPM Workout PG (for when the kids are around):
There’s a few others to choose from as well, but these are the ones we just hit shuffle on and see what it throws up for that particular workout.
By the way, if you want some tunes added in your workouts just let me know and I’ll hook up the speaker.
Don’t worry, we’re not like some bloody trainers that purposely play it super loud so everyone in the park has their attention drawn to them.
It’s at a volume that’s decent enough to hear it, but not loud enough to annoy everyone else!
So what do you think of these workout music playlists? If you’re a fan, you can find more of the DPM playlists by following me on Spotify here.
