Something off topic to share with you today and I hope it gives you a laugh.
There was an article I read the other day about all the ways that people have been caught out on tv during this whole working from home stretch.
Take for example the Spanish reporter who was in the middle of a live cross talking about coronavirus when his mistress happened to walk starkers across in the background.
Or in the US – one reporter who for some unknown reason was filming a live cross from her bathroom while her husband was in the shower – in full view in the mirror so all the viewers caught an unexpected viewing.
And finally, the reporter who was caught with no pants on during a live cross.
Fun times, so long as it’s not you being caught out.
Anyways, it makes me think that you have to be prepared.
And when it comes to your workouts via zoom, there’s a couple of things you can do to help make sure you’re better prepared to ensure you are getting the full benefit from the workout.
If you’re struggling getting into this new routine (which will hopefully be soon done), it might be worth meeting up with another DPMer to do the workout together at a socially distanced space of course.
A bit of extra motivation I guess and something that can add a bit of normality to a not ideal situation.
If you want me to line up something with someone that you’d normally otherwise be seeing at training, let me know and I’ll put the feeler out.
Another way to be better prepared is to have something you can use to make it a bit more of a challenge- maybe a mini band or resistance tube – that’s if you feel like you need it.

It’s understandable that you might be getting a bit old of it all by now so now we have to be better prepared to stay the course.
