How’d you go yesterday with working out what you really did want to achieve?

There’s a couple of things that come next once you have clarity in this.

And I purposely waited until today to separate it for 2 reasons:

1) so you didn’t get an ultra long email from me because I didn’t want the real message to be lost

2) to let you really focus on what you actually do want.

Before we get into it further here’s a little secret:

Most people won’t do a single thing with this bit of inside mail.

Couple of reasons really,

with the first one being “i don’t have time for it” or “it sounds nice but (insert excuse here).

Now to them.

Well, good luck.

If you’re happy being in the majority of people who spend their life saying “That’d be nice BUT…” then things aren’t going to change.

That’s a no-brainer.

Yes it may be blunt, but it is what it is.

But if you’re prepared to do the work here goes:

** Work out your big thing you want to actually achieve for a change (HINT: Don’t make it a big 12 month goal = stick with a 3 month goal so you’re more likely to actually get it)

** Then break it down into 3 steps to let you know how you’re doing (at 1 month, 2 month and then the final 3 month goal)

** Then work out what do you need to do each day to get what you want?

(I can’t answer this for you here obviously but if you are part of the Team DPM we can work together to find this out (hint: apply here to let me know why you’d be a good fit)

Sounds simple yeah?

If you are prepared to do the work it is.

That is where I can help.

For the accountability.

Because we know what happens if you don’t do it

= you’ll continue to feel like you’ve been hit by a bus before you even get out of bed

= you’ll still be afraid to undress in front of your partner

= you’ll still be starring at those sexy pair of jeans in your wardrobe, or that top that shows off your formerly toned arms and have no realistic way of fitting into them (and wearing them with rock star confidence) again

Basically joining us at Team DPM plugs the gap.

It provides you with that accountability that is going to make things happen.

It allows access to me which in turn allows you access to the results you worked out in the above steps.

The ball’s in your court now.

You’re either happy where things are.

Or you are sick and tired of being sick and tired and want to change?

If so, you know what to do

PS – Act fast though, strike while the iron is hot.

Before the week is out we can have already had a chat and planned out your steps that will work.

Speak to you soon
