After the message yesterday about revisiting the lunch small group training I was sent an interesting thought.

People who can’t make the Dawes Point location but Observatory Hill works better.

So, here’s the deal.

Both options are on the table.

If we get enough numbers we run with the most popular one.

Fair enough?

Call it a democracy in action.

So when you respond that you’re up for it let me know whether your option is

A) Dawes Point

B) Observatory Hill

C) either

Once again this is different to the old lunch time sessions from a few years back.

It’s only once a week

It’s only 30 mins so you can squeeze that into your busy day

It’s going to be a mixture of bodyweight and cardio stuff.

But you know the deal – the same old stuff that’s gonna help release a bunch of stress after a morning in the office and help you shed those extra 5-10kg that don’t need to be around.

Especially at this time of year.

PROPOSED START DATE: Wednesday January 11

Now I’ll know before we finish for the year on Thursday December 22 if this is a goer or not.

Investment wise will depend on numbers.

Current DPMers and you if you’re not a DPMer right now (but cause you’re reading this) will be eligible for the early bird investment where you’ll be required to pay 50% before Christmas to secure your spot and 50% in January when we start.

Any takers in January will miss the early bird and revert to usual once a month investment currently $99/mth.
