Yes, it’s Australia Day, so this may not be at the top of your mind right now.
But I’m thinking after today it just may be. 

Which brings me to todays question – 

Is it time for another DPM 6 Week Challenge?

After today, those who’ve had an extended holiday break will be getting back to work.

School starts in the next couple of days again so you won’t have to worry about the kids.

And you may still be trying to get your head around getting back into a consistent rhythm.

Some people are doing great so far this year.

Consistency training wise and cutting down on some of the midweek drinking.

Food choices are on the improve too.

And some people just like having something to aim towards.

That’s what has proved successful with the last couple of challenges.

Since I changed them from a purely weight loss focus to a more individual focus for WHATEVER you want to work on, the interest, and adherence has definitely increased.

So what do you reckon?

Is it time for a DPM 6 Week Challenge kicking off in February?

If we can get enough interest, I’d say a tentative start date of Monday February 8 – although as per usual, for those expressing early interest you can start next week if you really want to lock in.

Investment as per always would be $99.
