You and I both know there’s plenty of ways to lose those stubborn kilos that you are struggling to shift.

Personally, my preference is the DPM way,

but hey, I’m a bit biased.

This way also works.

But I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it.

Unless the kids are really doing your head in and you need a month or two break…

You know that I’m A Celebrity Show?

Well go on that, away from the comforts of your home and good food and on alcohol, and of course you’re going to lose weight.

Unless you’re a pea heart like Bernard Tomic and quit after a few days.

But I guess when you’re used to quitting all the time in your real job on the tennis court, he was just reverting to the norm just to cash in a pay cheque.

Anyways, last year I remember reading that Casey Donovan lost something like 17kg or something like that,

and only the other day I saw that Jackie Gillies (who I hadn’t even heard of before the show) lost 6.8kg and was rocking her bikini body on a beach.

Sure there’s better ways to do it that are less painful and restrictive..

Like I said, I happen to know a few…

But it just goes to show you what happens when you’re prepared to step out of your comfort zone and challenge yourself on a show like that.

Or more to the point, you’re trying to cash in on your 15 minutes of fame for a little longer.

The main thing is to find a way that works for you.

Whether it’s my way or not.

Find something that works for you and your situation.

Something that is realistic for where you’re at now and realistic for your time commitment.

Otherwise, no matter how good your best intentions are, it just won’t happen.

Kinda a no-brainer right?
