“C’mon, have another drink – 1 more won’t hurt”

“c’mon just have a chocolate it won’t hurt”

You’ve been here right?

I’d lay money that if you had a dollar for every time you’ve heard that you wouldn’t be turning up for work today.

And if you’re anything like me,

chances are you’ve actually had that conversation with yourself.

Not just worrying about someone else in your ear, when its that voice in your own head that can do the most damage.

You with me?

Anyways, the point of this message today isn’t to tell you to ignore that voice and be strong.

Of course, if you’re feeling particularly strong willed today, go for it.

Tell that voice to sod off.

But remember this:

As part of the DPM food plan you get cheat meals.

Not just a meal where you can have what you want,

but meals.

You can have that stuff when the urge hits.

You don’t have to live like a nun and get by on tuna and lettuce just to slide those skinny jeans over your thighs again.

So remember that old ‘play book’ you should have at home.

And if you need a new one, let me know and I’ll hook you up with either the pdf or a hard copy.

PS – don’t forget if you’re interested in another round of the DPM 4 Week Busy Mums Transformation challenge to start in the next couple of weeks let me know and if there’s enough interest I’ll get it up and running.
