So what’s the lay of the land right now for you?
Are you back in the office?
Or still stuck working from home?
Although some people might well prefer that if it makes their life easy.
But for a lot of people they don’t have a choice, so back to the office it is.
Which brings me to the point for today.
Now if you’re back there’s things that need to be rearranged so you can get everything done you need in your normal day.
One of those is your exercise time.
Don’t fall into the trap of letting that slide.
Cause that’s a hole that takes time to get back out of.
So how can you fit that in?
Do you need the early before the kids get up option?
Do you need a lunch time option to break up your day?
Do you need to lock in time for a walk at lunch time just to get some fresh air and get the legs moving?
Whatever it is, you need a plan.
And if you need help with getting a new plan up and running, there’s a couple of options that can help.
I’ve got the Tuesday and Thursday morning small group sessions at Observatory Hill.
The beauty of those is they’re short and sweet – 7:15-7:45am so you’re done and dusted in time to get to work at a decent time.
Tuesday we box and Thursday is a circuit.
Is that something you’d like to be a part of, cause I’d love to see you along if you could see that working?
Same deal with any of your colleagues who may need a new outlet.
Or if you, or a friend, is keen on some lunch time action, we could fit in some personal training.
That obviously works out more cost effective if you do it with a friend or two.
So if any of those options interest you, or someone you know, please let me know.
I’d love to help you manage that getting back in the office routine while giving you a great stress outlet, as well as the obvious health benefits.
