I came across this article last week on a theory that tequila is actually a probiotic – among other things.
And you should start your day with some.
For me, tequila shots in the morning might indicate other issues – like your drinking is out of control.
Cause we aren’t 18 anymore.
To tell you the truth it’s been a long time since I’ve done breakfast beers or breakfast bourbons.
Or even had the urge to do so.
And as you know, I don’t mind a drink myself.

It all started with a video that went viral on Facebook in August last year.
In it, claims are made that tequila is actually an untapped health elixir, with the power to heal the flu,
relieve sore throats, enhance gut bacteria and even lower your cholesterol levels.
That was quickly followed up by a deluge of articles that listed the numerous benefits of drinking tequila, including its incredible probiotic-induced ability to help you lose weight.
The cold and flu thing is like the old whisky theory I guess.
Get a nip of something strong and it’ll kill off the lurgy.
But the rest of it?
My thoughts on a lot of research is if you manipulate enough criteria, you can prove anything via research.
So take it for what you will.
Now, while I can’t promise we’ll do tequila shots at 7am,
in fact I can guarantee that we won’t be.
What I can guarantee is that you will lose those stubborn 5-10kg that keep bugging you.
All you gotta do is work with me.
And invest in yourself.

even without getting the ideal 8 hours or so sleep you can only dream amount.
– You won’t get out of bed and feel like you’ve been hit by a truck before you even start your day.
After all, would you rather trust a newbie trainer who doesn’t really know his elbow from his knee or someone who has been running DPM for 11.5 years and in the industry for another 5 years prior.
