Warren Buffett is obviously a pretty sharp bloke. I’m not telling you nothing new here.

So if I share a Warren Buffett quote, I guess you call it a Buffettism?

But this is worth paying attention to:

“Risk comes from not knowing what you’re doing”

Now this was probably meant for the property or share market. 

It obviously is true there on both ends.

But it’s also very relevant for you when it comes to your own health and fitness.

Risk can be defined anyway you wish here.

The way I see it is there’s a few ways to look at it.

There’s a risk of course associated with not doing anything when it comes to exercise.

The side effects are your health just goes on a downward spiral and you’re opening the doors to a higher risk of every single health related condition and early death.

Harsh maybe. But true.

Then of course there’s also a risk to actually starting exercise.

You can potentially be exposing yourself to a risk of injury which can happen either through just bad luck or because you’re not doing something right.

And there’s also a risk that if you do things by yourself and go your own way as Fleetwood Mac once sang, you just end up doing a little bit of this and a little bit of that and you won’t actually get anywhere results wise.

Now obviously you know what angle I prefer.

And like Buffett said, the risk is when you don’t know what you’re doing.

Which is where I can come in and help you out.

By lowering your risk of injury cause you do something that isn’t right for your body and past injury concerns, and also by providing the workout that will actually work for you.

Now things are slowly starting to resume some sense of normality we’re into week 2 of face to face group action which is great.

It means there’s no excuse to actually getting active now – especially if you’re not the type of person who wants to jump online and do a zoom workout.

Next week it gets even better. With restrictions further easing on Monday we don’t have our group numbers capped to the 10.

Now to be clear, it’s not open slather. 

I still have a limit cause I don’t want to have too many people cause it can tend to take the ‘personal’ out of group personal training.
