There’s 4 exercises.

– Prisoner Squats

– Push Ups

– Leg Shuffles

– Up & Overs

Do each one for 30 seconds straight.

That gives you 2 minutes covered.

Repeat that for 3 sets.

And there’s your six minute workout.

Get yourself an app that has a timer function so you don’t have to worry about re-setting a timer with each new exercise.

Ideally, you’d want to do this without any rest at all.

But of course, that may not be possible for everyone, depending on where you’re at.

It’ll get your heart rate up and you’ll feel that endorphin boost even though it’s only a short one.
