Kinda like those choose your own adventure books we used to read as kids (you did read those right?)
Side note: I actually found some of them at Aldi when I was Christmas shopping for some presents for my nieces last year.
They looked pretty much the same as the ones from our day too.
Anyways, this choose your own adventure today is the 3 main ways you can get involved with some DPM action besides reading these each day:
Perfect if you have a young toddler at home.
There’s also the online coachingoption where you can still get the personalised coaching without having to do any in person sessions together.
The only thing I’ll add about the group training is that the Friday morning Lilyfield session is a waiting list only at this point.
The other days still have places available.
2) Grab a copy of my Short ‘N Sweet book. You’ll get 6 months worth of workouts – follow each of the 6 workouts for 1 month to give you a great platform that will help keep you on track, or get you back on track with only 3 short 20 minute workouts needed each week.
Better still it’s only $20 with free postage Australia wide
3) Check out my Top Of The Hill podcast
Keeping with my theme of short n sweet, this new podcast will be short and to the point with info for busy parents that you can use to help you on your journey .
Like I mentioned yesterday, I’m still waiting for it to go live on iTunes. Might have to look into that one again next week.
There may be other things from time to time that pop up from time to time but that’s the main go-to resource as things stand now.
PS – and of course if you have any questions let me know and I’ll help you out
