I know you’re short on time.
I also understand that right now you may be confined to working from home cause your company has enforced a social isolation shut down in practice.
It is what it is.
But what I would encourage you to do is still keep up with your workout routine even if you can’t get to one of my sessions in person just right now.
So what can you do?
This is something I cracked out myself the weekend before last and it really hit the spot and didn’t take long at all.
I’ll give you 2 options where possible – the normal version and an advanced version if you need an extra bodyweight challenge to make it a little bit more effective and heart rate raising for you.
The game plan is a 10-1 workout which I’ve posted about a while ago here.
These types of workouts are really good for something different instead of the traditional 10-15 reps of whatever.
You start off with 10 reps of each exercise, then 9-9 of each and work your way down to 1 and 1 taking 1 rep off for each round you do.
The workout that I did was:
1. Push Ups (use a foam roller under each hand to make it harder stability wise, and allowing you to go deeper)
2. Ab Wheel Rollouts (to make this one easier use a foam roller for your rollouts instead)
And part 2 of the workout was:
1. Stick Ups.
2. Up & Overs
So as I mentioned start with 10 of each and work your way down.
That’ll get your heart rate up and give you a nice little endorphin boost.
